Today I thought I would make Polenta chips and serve them with a wonderful roast tomato salsa and some grilled chicken….. My vision was to make the polenta, set it in the fridge on trays, cut it up and fry the polenta batons twice to get them golden and crispy.
Well . . . . .The polenta was too soft and melted in the frying oil. DISASTER !!!
We all have a bad day in the kitchen and today was mine. The red wine and chicken were great for dinner. More recipes to come soon!
