Rosemary and Seasalt Potatoes


Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
Olive Oil
Seasalt
3 Sprigs – Rosemary


Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180c
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and quarter them length wise.


Into a baking dish add the potatoes and coat with olive oil, making sure to mix them through to ensure even coverage.  Coarsely chop the Rosemary and sprinkle over the potaoes and season with the sea salt.

Place into the pre heated oven and bake until golden, roughly 90-120 minutes. (Cooking time will decrease as the size of the potato pieces decreases)
